Molly is a small town Missouri girl, who has been practicing yoga since the tender age of 19. She discovered Buddhi Yoga after moving to the Big Island in 2014. She was thrilled to find the funnest workout literally ever and knew it would become a lifelong passion!


After practicing Buddhi for 5 years, she completed a teacher training course with Buddhi Yoga creator, Jen Liming. Molly is also a dedicated practitioner of Jiu Jitsu, elements of which are reflected in her cardio-intensive, muscle building, fat burning (and most importantly fun) workout!
