
CLASS INFORMATION
View our class schedule and sign up online to guarantee a spot or you are welcome to drop in to our classes. Please bring mat, towel and water. For traveling Yogis there is mat & towel rental available.
There is a maximum 5 minutes grace for entry to class.
Classes may be shortened if class attendance is 2 or less.
If there are no sign-ups for a class, it will be cancelled. To ensure a class will start as scheduled, sign up!

Beats n' Breath & Core Vinyasa Flow (Hot🔥)

We will dance and move and then do some hit rounds to complete Core essence of your being, all done in infrared.
Comes complete with breath work and light meditation too. Truly a fun-filled, inspiring class for the child in you.
Cardio Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. Randy will guide you into fun, flowy movement that is strengthening and balancing at the same time. Dive into this beautiful self-defense practice that will help you develop more muscle tone, lose weight, improve your cardio and endurance, all while learning a new culture!
Hot Buti 🔥
Sweat and Dance with intention! This class features high-energy dance and intentional movements with dynamic yoga asanas to give you a high calorie burn. Watch your body transform and awaken confidence and self-love.
Taught by a 200 hour BUTI certified trained teacher.
Buti Fundamentals
This class will truly inspire you to get in touch with your creative side.

Core/Power Vinyasa (Hot🔥)
Take your vinyasa practice to the next level by activating your core in a deep core-based flow. This will be a power vinyasa class with 20 minutes targeting specific core exercises. Tap into your power by activating the fire within, called Agni in Sanskrit, and Pele in Hawaiian.
Root & Rise Flow (Hot🔥)
The re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us! Root & Rise blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti® Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the Mind, Body, & Soul!
Sound bowls will be played during practice.
Yin Yoga
This form of yoga works the meridians in the body, which are known as your energy lines. It is done on the floor with light props (if required), very long holds and lots of breath. When doing it with infrared heat, the body responds quicker to opening. This class is for all body types and levels of yoga students.
