CLASS INFORMATION

View our class schedule and sign up online to guarantee a spot or you are welcome to drop in to our classes.  Please bring mat, towel and water.  For traveling Yogis there is mat & towel rental available.

There is a maximum 5 minutes grace for entry to class.

Classes may be shortened if class attendance is 2 or less.

If there are no sign-ups for a class, it will be cancelled. To ensure a class will start as scheduled, sign up! 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Body & Soul Harmonics

We bring together ancient ways of sound healing utilizing live instruments like celtic harp, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, harmonium, voice etc while blending them with leading edge quantum technology, guided journeys and processes. You get to relax and receive these multi layered healing frequencies for energetic and cellular clearing, harmonization and balancing.

Hot Buti 🔥

Sweat and Dance with intention! This class features high-energy dance and intentional movements with dynamic yoga asanas to give you a high calorie burn. Watch your body transform and awaken confidence and self-love. 

Taught by a 200 hour BUTI certified trained teacher.

Pele Deep Flow (Hot🔥)

A slower vinyasa flow with longer holds to inspire deeper mindful alignment and depth for a most complete full body mind spirit workout.

Yin Yang Flow

This class will be half a vinyasa flow with teacher and half yin. Class starts with core engaging, muscle firing and balancing poses, followed by going into deep relaxation  and long stretches, meant to target your meridians and deep fascia, in a yin restorative class (about 45 minutes each style).

Buti Fundamentals 

This class will truly inspire you to get in touch with your creative side.

We will dance and move and then do some hit rounds to complete Core essence of your being, all done in infrared.

 

Comes complete with breath work and light meditation too. Truly a fun-filled, inspiring class for the child in you.

Candlelight Restore

This class will bring out your true spirit. Massage your body from a cellular level and soften your connective tissue, the holds are not as long as in the YIN.

 

Please bring your own props, pillows blankets etc.

Cardio Capoeira

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. Randy will guide you into fun, flowy movement that is strengthening and balancing at the same time. Dive into this beautiful self-defense practice that will help you develop more muscle tone, lose weight, improve your cardio and endurance, all while learning a new culture!

Yin Yoga

This form of yoga works the meridians in the body, which are known as your energy lines. It is done on the floor with light props (if required), very long holds and lots of breath. When doing it with infrared heat, the body responds quicker to opening. This class is for all body types and levels of yoga students.
