CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

View our class schedule and sign up online to guarantee a spot or you are welcome to drop in to our classes. 

If you chose to drop in, please text (808) 938-9980, at least 45 minutes before class to confirm. 

 

 Please bring a mat, towel and water.  For traveling Yogis, mats are free to use and towels are available to rent for $3.

There is a maximum 5-minute grace for entry to class.

Classes may be shortened if class attendance is 2 or less.

If there are no sign-ups 45 minutes before a class, it will be cancelled.

To ensure a class will start as scheduled, sign up! 

Our Hot Yoga Classes are available in 3 heat levels:

Cardio Capoeria

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music.

 

Randy will guide you into fun, flowy movement that is strengthening and balancing at the same time. Dive into this beautiful self-defense practice that will help you develop more muscle tone, lose weight, improve your cardio and endurance, all while learning a new culture!

CORE & Sculpt Flow
Heat Level: 🔥to🔥🔥

Tap into inner depths of your practice through krya breathing, high vibe beats and asanas (poses) to create a more powerful deep vinyasa class. Krya reinforces and revitalizes subtle currents of prana (life energy) in the spine and the brain. Using krya during asana practice helps you go deeper in the poses, feel the prana invigorating and empowering your core being, and feel energized. We will also use weights and bands to strengthen your muscles and challenge your brain to hold your balance.

Pele Flow with Teacher III

This class is designed to fire you up and push you to your edge. It is advised to have an understanding of yoga asana (poses) and your heat threshold. All levels are welcome, however, please inform teacher if you are new to yoga.

Rise & Shine Yoga

All levels yoga flow practicing with the instructor, using asana (poses) to help improve flexibility, strength and balance, in a moving meditation through breath.

 

This class moves slower yet thoroughly with less heat.
