There is a maximum 5 minutes grace for entry to class.
Classes may be shortened if class attendance is 2 or less.

Back to Basics Yoga
This is for all levels and is a great starter for beginners and anyone coming back to yoga after a break from it.

Gong Yin Yoga with Candlelight
The Gong aligns the body from a cellular level and yin aligns you from a deep facial level through long holds, together it is a match made in heaven class. Come enjoy relaxing the senses, rejuvenating and leaving floating.

In Mysore style students learn the fixed order of asanas combining movement with free breathing with sound.
This is not teacher led, so practice and learn at your own pace.

Restore Yoga with Candlelight
Restore is so good to dive deep into fascia and moo fascia release. The holds are not as long like as in yin.

Buti, Buddhi & Shakti Flow
Be YOURSELF!!! This is a mixture of dance movement that adds yoga, hip hop, funk, african dance and loud music that shake the shakti flow in the body to express the feminine aspects of the soul!

(Hip Openers)
A very thorough hip stretch done mostly on the floor. Great for chronic low back pain and tight hamstrings.

Pele (Hot) Vinyasa 1
Beginner
This class is designed to teach and introduce beginning and hot yoga and to continuing students to the principles of proper alignment.

Yin Yoga
This form of yoga works the meridians in the body, which are known as your energy lines. It is done on the floor with light props (if required), very long holds and lots of breath. When doing it with infrared heat, the body responds quicker to opening. This class is for all body types and levels of yoga students.

Flow with Teacher (Hot)
This class allows you to practice with the teacher.
The movement and breath work will integrate through sun salutations with some restorative poses to finish.
If you are new it is a safe place to try something new and if you are experienced it is a great place to tune up your practice for the heart, mind and body.

Inferno (Hot) Pilates Fusion
This class will have a strong emphasis on core. We will focus on lengthening the core, infused with asana and breath.
