MAI

I found yoga at the age of 13. Since then, yoga has been a staple in my life. I received my 200-hour yoga certification in Seattle in 2015 and am pursuing further training to become a Yoga Therapist. As a nurse practitioner and yoga teacher my goal is use yoga as a form of medicine to
bring about and maintain wellness as well as to guide the healing process. My primary yoga training was in vinyasa yoga and I have been blessed to take additional courses from many other wonderful teachers including Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Sianna Sherman, Maty Ezraty, and Bryan Kest. I offer both individual sessions, group classes, and retreats.

I believe that yoga is a practice for every body and every level of experience. Not only does yoga strengthen and loosen the muscles but helps
us cultivate more conscious and mindful living as well as grace, inner peace, abundant love and joy. Yoga is a way of life.

Yoga has given me many tools to use in every day life mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. What we learn in yoga can be applied in every other aspect of our life. Yoga has helped bring out the best in me and continues to be a main avenue of continued growth. It's an honor to be a part of the transformation of others while sharing my passion.
