Dr. Amber Jade Ellington ND, RYT, LLC owns a natural medicine practice based on the magnificent Big Island of Hawaii as well as Online around the world. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Hawaii and Arizona, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and an Usui/Shamanic Reiki Practitioner.

Her mission is to lovingly empower people to improve their state of health and wellness by providing professional guidance and support to holistically heal the Mind, the Body, and the Soul. She believes we are all multi-faceted and complex beings, therefore, each person requires a personalized approach to obtaining their level of optimal health and wellness. Her integrative practice offers a wide variety of safer and more natural options to healing that are different from that of the conventional Western medicine system. She is a Self-Care/Self-Love advocate who encourages others to embrace their personal power in advancing along their personal healing journey, creating their reality, and living their life on purpose.

 

Dr. Amber is trained as a primary health care provider and can assist in providing relief for a multitude of conditions. Her specialties are natural mental health care, trauma healing, stress management, chronic disease management, disease prevention, and holistic mind, body, soul wellness. Her favorite natural healing therapies include Nutritional Medicine, Energy Medicine, Mind Body Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Botanical Medicine.

 

She has been on her own personal healing journey for the past decade and has experienced all of the healing techniques that she helps others to navigate in her practice. She is a caring doctor who truly listens to her patients and is known as the ‘Zen Doctor’ for her peaceful calming presence. Aside from fulfilling her life’s purpose, she enjoys traveling the world, being in nature, yoga, reading, watching documentaries, and spending time with loved ones.

 

Dr. Amber earned a Doctorate degree with Honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona with the Class of 2016. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2008. In 2019, she expanded her natural healing practice by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Colorado and registering with The Yoga Alliance. She also became a Level 1 Usui Reiki Practitioner in 2019 and a Level 3 Shamanic Reiki Practitioner in 2022 with a goal of becoming a Reiki Master in the future. During medical school, she was an active member of Naturopaths Without Borders and journeyed on eight medical missions to Mexico and one life changing medical mission to Thailand.4
