My name is Annaliese. I am originally from North Carolina, but I have lived in many places including Atlanta, Georgia, NYC, and Berlin, Germany.

 

My heart lead me to Hawaii and I am so grateful to indulge in the abundance of holistic healing wealth that is here. I teach people about digestive wellness and I teach people how to work through the experience of anxiety.

 

I wholeheartedly believe in sharing the realness and rawness of being human and it is my goal to keep opening my heart up to all of life's experiences with grace. I believe in the betterment of self for a better world- when you heal yourself, you heal everyone around you.
