Why Yoga? Yoga has become a lifetime practice for me. Medicine for my soul and my whole being. It is a practice to unfold our true natures.
I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years and teaching for about 8 years. After receiving my 200 hours teacher training through Mukti Yoga, California. I started to teach right away, but didn’t start owning the teacher seat until about 4 years ago.
There is so much to learn in the world of yoga. It’s beyond the physical aspect. This is where my teaching has evolved into.
Healing. Softening. Deep acceptance. To create more space for trust, but yet learning how to firmly set healthy boundaries. To trust our intuitions. To own our powers and inner fire and utilize them for a greater cause. To become our true authentic selves, yet leave enough room to transform into the best version of ourselves. Perfection is an illusion.
Let’s work on being a better human instead. Come join me for some real, deep practice. The depth is not for the faint of the heart.
