My name is Morgan and I really love life.


I teach strong dynamic flows with lots of movement, addressing each direction of the spine and all areas of the body. Focusing on correct anatomical alignment, I cater my classes to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.


I encourage you to feel free to modify the practice to meet your physical, mental, and spiritual needs each time you come to your mat, as every day is different. I truly believe your body is the best teacher and listening to the feedback from the physical is of utmost importance. I hope to encourage my students to honor themselves in the present moment, finding their edge and working with it. The breath, our life force, is emphasized greatly, as I incorporate different pramayamas throughout class.

I am a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT500, having completed a 200-hr Hatha Yoga training (2012), as well as a 300-hr Power Vinyasa training in 2014.
