Hot Yoga | Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Hot style yoga or just plain Hot Yoga, utilizes state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifying heaters. The postures used in our Hot Yoga class eventually create a moving meditation along with breathing awareness. These intense and structured class mostly consist of 26 static postures taught with a flow influence, repeated twice with longer holds the first time and shorter holds the second time.
Duration: 60 minutes (weekdays) 90 minutes (weekends)
Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga I & II | Mondays & Wednesdays
Hot Vinyasa Flow will offer the same techniques used for our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, but will utilize state-of-the-art ionic purifying heaters. Although this class uses heaters, we won't utilize the same amount that's used for our Hot Yoga classes. The Vinyasa will make you sweat due to more arm use, which is why less heat is used in this class.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga I & II| Monday, Wednesday & Friday
A moving flow of combined hatha yoga postures bridged together with breathing exercises. This class incorporates many yoga styles influenced by the methods/teachings of Ashtanga, Anusura, Bapiste, Yee and Ayengar.
Duration: 75 minutes
Yin Yang Yoga | Sundays only
A light hatha warm up to soften fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles - and prepares the body for longer static holds. These static holds assisted with conscious breathing allows a more deeper awareness into the body.
Duration: 90 minutes
*Please do not drink or eat up to an hour before class especially if coming to a hot class. Drink lots of fluids the day before and of course after. Mahalo
