SaiFon Woozley
SaiFon has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 8 years. With many trainings under her belt, SaiFon has studied Yoga from several of the world's masters including Adhil Pakhivala to John Friend, David Swenson, Baron Baptiste and much more.
SaiFon never expected to be an instructor, but fortunately it just fell into her lap as a gift. She doesn't consider herself a teacher, but "A facilitator for people to have a sacred place to really find their true authentic self through breath and posture". She lives on 3 things: integrity, honesty and loyalty.
Her Yoga Hale studio, located in Kailua Kona on Hawaii's Big Island, has been open for almost 5 years.
"Surfing is an ongoing learning experience as yoga is. There is no end because the end is always evolving. In this life, the present moment is the most important."

I find passion in yoga after experiencing pure spiritual peace in my practices. When I feel lost and imbalance, yoga helps me find my center deep within myself. After practicing for 6 years, I decided to take my 200hrs teacher training under Julie Radar Mukti Yoga. This training is part of my journey to grow deeper into yoga. I feel fortunate to find yoga in my life, in a way, I find my higher self through yoga. I want to help spread the love of yoga, and help others find their higher selves through yoga. I enjoy the simplest things in life, sun, beach, canoe paddling, play with my four legged best friend Indo, and definitely delicious food.
Liz found the magic of yoga in Houston, Texas. She has been practicing in earnest for six years, teaching for three. Yoga came to Liz at a time when she was seeking balance for her very busy life as a single mother and her very physical weight training regimen. What she found was so much more than stretching aching muscles, but an invitation to her true self.
