Geared towards the mind and body conscious traveler, this retreat can be customized to include a variety of yoga instruction with emphasis on breathing work & meditation, sightseeing excursions to popular Big Island sites, relaxing massage & well balanced nourishing meals. Examples of some of our customized excursions include:

We can personalize this retreat to your choice, but for the full Big Island experience we recommend a 6-night/7-day package, but customize your itinerary for a minimum of 3-nights!
